•28 years old male
•No previous diseases
•Left sided sciatica alleviated with antiedematous threatment and painkillers
•MRI
•T2 isodense with nerve roots solitary lesion at L2/3 i.v. disk level, within the spinal canal
•Gadolinium contrast increased intensity
•Differential diagnosis
•Schwannoma, Ependymoma
•Initial L2 and L3 laminectomy was performed, and the position was confirmed with C-arm
